I believe in face to face colour analysis, so here’s mine to start the ball rolling.

Hello! I’m Jo. I’m so glad you’re considering colour analysis. I think if you’re going to invest in a personal service, you should be sure that you’re getting the very best expertise. I hold a diploma in Advanced Colour Analysis and have two decades of colour knowledge and application from my marketing background in print and digital projects.
I’m a creative at heart and a scientist by nature so my colour analysis journey has been grounded in a love of natural beauty, together with a good dash of science, detailed research and perception training (I knew my theatre degree would come in handy one day).
To get a bit more personal, I have a confession: I’m not your typical image consultant. You see, I’m a minimalist, I don’t follow trends, and I wear barely any make up, dislike heels, and I regret to inform you that I don’t have a 10-step Korean-inspired beauty regime!
My dislike of these things has pushed me towards colour analysis. It’s basis is the individual; embracing natural features, choosing style over fashion, prioritising reducing your wardrobe not endlessly expanding it, and using colour in place of painful/invasive procedures to give a vibrant and revitalised appearance, plus, if you make everyday little changes, your mindset too.
My Ethos
The colour analysis industry is ever-growing, so I grow with it, continuing to challenge standards to make colour analysis session outcomes the most accurate, personally tailored, practical and modern.
My 12 season assessments are grounded in colour theory, light science, and close observations of the face during colour draping.
I will talk you through every step of your personal colour journey - it’s an incredibly enjoyable discovery that I feel very lucky to share with you.
Your Session, Your rules.
I want you to leave your colour analysis consultation feeling excited about your colours and appreciating your own beautiful skin.
The only end goal of a session is your satisfaction. If you want to focus your session outcomes on an occasion outfit, a make-up overhaul or a go-to set of daily wardrobe staples, we’ll do just that.
Once your consultation is complete, the experience doesn’t stop. You don’t just leave with a colour palette, you leave with knowledge. A skill to empower you to make those great colour choices whenever and wherever you want.
Modern Colour Analysis.

Face to Face.
Personal services, especially when it comes to colour analysis, are most accurate if you can be face to face. Computer screens and digital photos just aren’t reliable for showing true-to-life colour.
My HQ for colour analysis consultations is Hurst, Berkshire. I offer mobile assessments and travel for home-based appointments and UK events. Contact me for session availability or event hosting/exhibiting.
-

Independent.
No up-selling here. My colour assessment isn’t pigeon-holed towards selling you branded seasonal lipsticks or a precise shade of apparel.
You’ll leave me with new colour knowledge and aestehtic confidence.
An analysis with Colour Analysis Berkshire is focused on giving you the colour skills to end the guesswork of shopping and make your skin glow like you’ve had a spa treatment every morning, never about selling products.

Neutral Light.
Most professionals who work with colour - artists, designers and the like - will all tell you that light is essential to their work. Without neutral light, colour can be distorted and misrepresented.
Natural daylight is perfect for colour analysis, and I’m lucky to hold my sessions in a triple-aspect room with an uninterrupted boundary. I also have a professional neutral lighting set-up for evening and on-location analysis. So whatever the time of day, wherever the location, you know that your colour analysis result is 100% accurate.
