Would you like to be put in the draw to be a live "model"?

Would you like to be placed in the draw to be selected as a live "model" example during the session? These individuals will be used to demonstrate various principles of colour/shape to the group and gain personalised assessments and insights from Jo of aesthetic theories being explained.

Registration

I am registering to attend a group event to find out about the power of colour and shape. 1-2-1 full colour and shape advice and assessments are not included for attendees but can be booked seperately, post-event, with Jo if desired. By submitting this form, you understand a payment of £10 per person will be requested and charged via BACS prior to attendance. Failure to make payment will result in your registration being withdrawn. By registering for this event, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms & Conditions of Colour Analysis Berkshire. (You can find these at the bottom of the page.) This is a joint event hosted by Colour Analysis Berkshire and Barchester Healthcare. Registration information will be shared between these parties. By attending, you consent to the possibility of photography or video recording being used for promotional purposes unless you notify us otherwise in writing prior to the event.
