Refund & Cancellation policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

I am committed to providing a high-quality colour analysis experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the service, please let me know during the session. I will make every effort to address your concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution.

Pre-paid Credit Refunds

Applies to any form of gifted, voucher, single or group purchase while no consultation date has been reserved and no appointment time has been blocked in the diary:

  1. A full refunds is available within 14 days of purchasing a colour analysis voucher or pre-paid credit (unless a consultation date has been secured, in which case refer to the cancellation policy below).

  2. After 14 days, vouchers which have not been assigned a booking date are refundable minus a cancellation charge of £30.

  3. To request a refund, please email contact@colouranalysisberkshire.co.uk

  4. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of the refund request.

All vouchers are valid for one year, from the date of payment received. After this date, the voucher is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Applies to both all bookings once a consultation date/time has been confirmed. Once a consultation date and time has been confirmed, the appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you and cannot usually be reallocated at short notice.

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your colour analysis session, please notify me at least 7 working days before your scheduled appointment. I will do my best to accommodate a new date and time, subject to availability. Rescheduling more than once will incur a £30 rescheduling fee.

Cancellation
If you must cancel your booking, the following applies:

  • More than 7 working days’ notice: A refund will be issued minus a £30 cancellation fee.

  • 7 working days or fewer notice: The full consultation fee is non-refundable, as the appointment slot cannot reasonably be re-sold at short notice.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in cases of unforeseen/emergency circumstances, in which case you will be notified at the earliest opportunity and offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund.

No refunds will be offered once the colour analysis consultation has been provided.

Pre-session Questionnaire

To ensure you get the most out of your consultation, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire about your preferences and lifestyle. The personal service of the session is based largely upon the information provided and the more accurate the questionnaire, the more accurate the styling and colour advice. If you do not complete this prior to your consultation, you will be asked to complete upon arrival and the resulting styling section of the session may be shorter in time and in detail. There will be no refund for reduced service in this circumstance.
